I have such a huge appreciation for Bali’s natural beauty. During my first visit, I was so in awe and couldn’t help but take photos of everything!! Florals of all different colors sprouting left and right and their intricate detail to woodwork and architecture is incredibly amazing. My boyfriend and I only had one day to ourselves to enjoy it’s beauty and all I wanted to do was visit Ubud and see the countryside around it.

If you ever visit this part of Bali, please do stay at least 4-5 days to relish in it’s natural beauty. You can have dinner amongst the rice fields and giant lotus flowers, take outdoor yoga classes, or ride a bike ride along the lush rice terraces. The lifestyle a bit slow paced, but it gives you time to truly appreciate what’s around you and to feel in zen.

  • So beautiful! (you and the location pics)
Do you travel for work or pleasure? Seems like you’re always jet-setting to someplace new. Looks like fun 🙂

    • Thanks Melissa! I love exploring new areas, so I’m always jumping at the chance to pick up my bags and go somewhere abroad or even locally around California on the weekends. I make it a point to have a separate savings account to go abroad at least once a year, so I’m just using good old PTO. I also have a huge circle of friends and family travelers. This past trip to Bali was for my close friends wedding and it was beautiful!! Hope you are well! You really have to move to SF soon! There are so many jobs here for you!!! 🙂

      • Cool. I look forward to seeing more pics of your travels. Maybe I’ll visit SF someday. Take care!
